The man is charged with possession, distribution and accessing child sexual abuse material
A Gravenhurst man is facing multiple child pornography charges following an investigation by the Muskoka Crime Unit.
Police say the investigation began in November, and a search warrant was executed at a home on McEachern Lane in December. Officers, assisted by the OPP’s Digital Forensic Unit and Child Sexual Exploitation Unit, seized several electronic devices.
Forty-three-year-old Benjamin Jon Murdoch Scheetz is charged with distribution, possession and accessing child sexual abuse material. He’s scheduled to appear in Bracebridge court March 3rd.
The investigation remains ongoing.
