In person open houses are being held in Huntsville & Bracebridge
The District of Muskoka is inviting residents to help shape a cleaner, more sustainable future through a new round of public engagement for its Solid Waste Master Plan.
The District says the long-term strategy will guide how the region handles waste over the next 30 years.
With landfill space dwindling, the District is asking: how much more can we do, and how far are we willing to go?
Two in-person open houses are set for June 3 in Huntsville, and June 4 in Bracebridge. There’s also a virtual Lunch and Learn webinar on June 5.
