Visitation is now restricted to one essential care-giver per patient
The North Wing at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital has been placed under a unit-specific COVID-19 outbreak.
Visitation is now restricted to one essential caregiver per patient, and all other visitors are not permitted. Caregivers must wear surgical masks and any other protective gear required by hospital staff.
The outbreak was declared on Friday, and hospital officials say measures will remain in place until it is resolved.
