Bi-weekly garbage collection begins next week in Muskoka as the winter schedule takes effect.
Recycling and green bin pickup will still happen every week, helping keep reusable materials out of landfills.
Residents are encouraged to check their waste collection schedule online and use the “Waste Wizard” tool to find out how to properly dispose of items — whether they’re recyclable, compostable, or destined for the trash.
