Nearly $7,000 in groceries were donated this month as the Bay Food Crew continues its mission to help local families through the Corner Lighthouse Community Hub and Food Bank.
The Bay Food Crew is helping to keep the shelves full at the Corner Lighthouse Community Hub and Food Bank, dropping off close to seven thousand dollars’ worth of groceries in their latest delivery. It’s part of a promise to keep supporting the new hub every month, helping local families put good, nutritious food on the table.
But The Lighthouse is about more than just food. Their “hand-up” approach offers meal planning, education, healthcare connections, financial guidance, and emotional support — all free of charge. The goal is to give people the tools and confidence they need to get back on their feet.
Behind the Food Crew is a group of dedicated community partners: Hunters Bay Radio, Bullock’s Independent Grocer, Dairy Lane Dental, and Dreams Becoming Reality Marketing. Together, they’re proving that when the community pulls together, everyone benefits.
