The man barricaded himself inside someone's apartment
A tense situation in Bracebridge ended without injury after police arrested a wanted man who had barricaded himself inside an apartment.
OPP say officers spotted the 26-year-old on Front Street Wednesday afternoon, and he fled on foot before forcing his way into a nearby unit.
With help from the Emergency Response Team, negotiators convinced him to surrender peacefully. The man is being held in custody and is due in court today for a bail hearing.
