A 73 year old woman has been charged
Police have charged a local woman after a late-night traffic stop on Centre Street in Huntsville.
OPP say that at around 10:30 p.m. on Friday, officers noticed a vehicle driving without headlights or taillights and making a wide turn.
After pulling the vehicle over, police say they detected the smell of alcohol. The driver allegedly refused a roadside breath test.
As a result, 73-year-old Huntsville woman has been charged with failure or refusal to comply with a demand.
She’s due in court May 13 in Bracebridge.
