The organization says it will recognize the volunteers, donors, churches and businesses that made their work possible
The Table Soup Kitchen Foundation in Huntsville is celebrating 20 years of serving the community.
What started with a single Thanksgiving meal in 2006 has grown into a network of services helping people facing hunger, homelessness and other challenges.
Today, The Table operates a Food Bank, Soup Kitchen, Food Rescue program and Men’s Hostel, along with a Community Kitchen, Food Hub and other community services.
The organization also runs the Exchange Thrift Store, an art gallery and hub, and a cafe.
As The Table marks two decades, it’s recognizing the volunteers, donors, churches, businesses and community organizations that have helped make that work possible.
