One person was airlifted to a trauma centre
A serious crash in Lake of Bays has left one woman with life-altering injuries.
OPP say a 2026 Hyundai Palisade left the roadway on Highway 117 near Longline Lake Road Thursday afternoon.
The driver and four passengers were taken to hospital. A 36-year-old woman from Whitby was airlifted to a Toronto-area trauma centre with serious injuries.
Two other people were also seriously injured, while two suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
