One driver went into the ditch, then extracted the vehicle and left the scene
Huntsville OPP have charged three drivers with impaired driving following separate incidents over the long weekend.
Police say the first involved a vehicle that went into a ditch on Highway 60 last Monday night. Officers later located the driver and made an arrest. Two more impaired driving investigations followed Friday night on Bear Cave Road and Saturday night during a traffic stop on Greer Road. All three drivers, two from outside the area and one from Huntsville, were released from custody.
They are scheduled to appear in Bracebridge court next month.
