Over 1,200 tonnes of brush have already been dropped off at local transfer stations, with tipping fees waived until April 30.
Starting Monday, April 21, curbside collection of storm yard waste begins in Gravenhurst, Muskoka Lakes, and Bracebridge for eligible properties.
The District says bundled branches must be under three feet long and 55 pounds.
