In Muskoka the fire danger rating is set to HIGH and No Daytime Burning is allowed
Ontario fire officials say a wildfire burning in Haliburton County remains out of control.
The three-hectare fire was reported Wednesday near Red Fox Bay, east of Elva Lane, south of Minden.
The Ministry of Natural Resources is reminding residents that the Fire Danger Rating is set to HIGH and outdoor burning restrictions remain in effect during Ontario's fire season and is urging caution with any open fires.
Anyone who spots a wildland fire in southern Ontario is asked to call 9-1-1.
