The incident happened at West Road Convenience
Huntsville police have arrested a man following a robbery at the West Rd. Convenience store.
On Thursday at around 8:07 p.m., officers from the Ontario Provincial Police Huntsville Detachment responded to a report of a masked male demanding money on West Road.
Police say that during a struggle with staff, the suspect suffered a facial injury, and property was damaged, but no cash was taken.
26-year-old Matthew Black of Huntsville was quickly located, arrested, and charged with robbery, mischief, and failing to comply with a probation order.
The accused is being held for a bail hearing tomorrow.
