The man was in breach of recognizance
Police in Huntsville say a man is facing charges after a disturbance near a local school yesterday.
Officers were called to Brunel Road after reports of a man yelling and waving a sign. Police say they recognized the individual and were aware of existing court conditions.
Fifty-year-old Robert Hodgson is charged with criminal harassment and breach of recognizance.
Police say there was no threat to students or staff, and the situation was quickly contained.
