Webcasting will continue to council & planning meetings
Lake of Bays Council has voted to stop webcasting certain committee meetings.
At the April 8 meeting, Council approved a staff recommendation to continue streaming Council, Committee of Adjustment, and planning meetings—but all other committees, like the Heritage Advisory Committee, will now only be recorded on audio.
Clerk Carrie Sykes said the move reflects current informal practices, and Mayor Terry Glover noted residents are always welcome to attend in person.
