A push-in ceremony will be held on August 11th
Lake of Bays Fire Rescue is reopening Station 50 in Interlaken on August 11 after being closed since 2019.
The station will become home to Squad 55, a new support unit designed to strengthen emergency response in the northern part of the township.
The community is invited to the reopening event, which includes station tours, a barbecue, fire demonstrations and a traditional push-in ceremony for the new response vehicle.
