Work on the building will be complete before the summer season starts
The Town of Huntsville is advising that restoration work on the brick exterior of Town Hall will begin today.
The town says crews will work weekdays, aiming to finish before the May long weekend. Scaffolding will surround the building as repairs preserve its historic character.
As part of the project, vines will be removed and cuttings shared with the public through the Huntsville Horticultural Society, celebrating its 100th anniversary.
Town officials say the maintenance will extend the life of the building.
