Proceeds go towards end-of-life care and support programs
Hospice Huntsville has launched its 13th annual Purple Boot Campaign to support palliative care and grief counselling in the community.
The campaign kicked off on March 13, with more than 40 iconic purple boots displayed at local businesses and organizations until May 31. The boots raise funds and awareness about the importance of end-of-life care.
Proceeds support the 17th annual Hike for Hospice on Sunday, May 3, at Limberlost Forest and Wildlife Reserve. All donations go toward the $60,000 fundraising goal.
