The province is looking to redevelop the Muskoka Centre lands in Gravenhurst
The proposed redevelopment of the former Muskoka Centre is the focus of a community town hall in Gravenhurst tonight at 7pm.
Ontario Green Party Leader Mike Schreiner and Deputy Leader Matt Richter will host the event to hear public feedback on the Cliff Bay development proposal and the use of a Minister’s Zoning Order.
The project includes plans for hotels, restaurants, a marina, residential units and other tourism facilities. The province has agreed to sell the property to the developer, pending approval of the zoning order.
