Lakeland is hosting an EV Showcase this Saturday
An electric vehicle showcase is happening this Saturday in Bracebridge.
Lakeland EV Charging and Plug’n Drive will host the “Charge Ahead” EV and Charging Event at Memorial Park from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The free event features test drives of electric vehicles and motorcycles, demonstrations of charging technology, and displays including the VW ID. Buzz, an electric hydrofoil boat, and a vintage wooden launch retrofitted here in Muskoka.
Family activities, food vendors, and a live stunt show are also planned. The first 50 visitors will receive a complimentary cotton tote bag.
The event takes place at 100 Manitoba Street.
