Open Houses and a public meeting will be held in May
The District of Muskoka is inviting residents to help shape the region’s future as it updates its Official Plan.
The review will guide decisions on housing, economic growth, and protecting lakes and natural areas, while aligning with new provincial policies and local priorities.
Public input is being encouraged through open house on May 12th in Gravenhurst and a public meeting on May 21st at the District office.
Officials say community input is key to ensuring the plan reflects the needs of those who live and work in Muskoka.
