The incentives include energy retrofit funding for commercial and mixed-use buildings
Bracebridge is encouraging property owners and businesses to tap into updated financial incentives through its Community Improvement Plan.
The town has expanded several programs for 2026, including energy retrofit funding now open to commercial and mixed-use buildings, and new eligibility for hotels and motels.
Officials say the grants and interest-free loans are designed to support upgrades, improve streetscapes and boost tourism.
The town reports last year’s program helped fund 25 projects and leverage nearly half a million dollars in private investment. More details are available through Bracebridge’s economic development office.
